Busting Fat Tuesday Episode 2 April 29, 2008
Welcome to part 2 of Busting Fat Tuesday!! It has been an extremely busy week this week, what with new job and all! This is going to be an extremely short post.
Despiste my trying to keep up with my good eating habits, I have been focusing more on the new job. So like I thought might happen, I had a slight gain this week. But it is really nothing to freak over.
I am going to say, to be positive, that I am very proud of myself for it not being a bigger gain.
I have the power to maintain and I am very grateful for that.
Having said that I intend to try and get some more exercise in this week and more water. Also I am going to be aware of the “extras” that may be on my foods; like the dressings and cheese on salads and sandwiches.
So for my numbers:
Last week’s Weight: 230.8
This week’s Weight: 231.4
So there was only a .6 lb gain. Is that even enough to call a gain? I’m not sure that I do!!! Hopefully all will go well at my other WW weigh in this week and I can report a loss next week!
Love & Fitness,
C.M.S.S.

You know, I’ve always believed that anything under one pound didn’t really count - either way. This week, that’s to your advantage…but seriously, whether or not you just went to the bathroom can change your weight .6 of a pound!! (Sorry if that’s too…visceral.)
If you can pin it on someone else, I don’t think it counts - so, I accept full responsibility for the .6
Regardless of the numbers, you’re doing great. Your activity is up and your making better choices. THAT’s the important part.
And no matter what, you are loved
Yeah .6 pounds definitely isn’t statistically significant. Its common for women to fluctuate SEVERAL pounds from week to week depending on where they are in their cycles.
I think the biggest thing right now is a) are you finding ways to add activity to your routine EVERY DAY (even if its simple things like stairs over elevators) and b) are you eating only when you’re hungry.
You will get that down PLUS SOME for next week! I am so proud of you!
